Build cost is fixed-fee based on scope. Running costs (model API calls and infrastructure) are transparent and optimised during the build. We model cost per task upfront so you know the economics before committing.

We use an evals-first approach: every agent is benchmarked against a comprehensive test suite before going live. In production, we implement confidence thresholds and human-in-the-loop escalation for cases where the agent is uncertain, so mistakes are caught before they have consequences.
