What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as tracking pixels and scripts, collect information about your visit in the same way. In this policy, cookies covers both.
Your choice
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. Until you choose Accept, the website does not load the HubSpot tracking code or the LinkedIn Insight Tag. If you choose Reject, they stay off.
We store your choice in your browser's local storage under the name rl-cookie-consent, so the banner does not ask again on each page. To change your choice, select Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. If you withdraw consent, the page reloads without the tracking and we remove HubSpot's tracking cookies from this website.
Used only if you accept
- HubSpot tracking code: sets cookies that recognise returning visitors, record the pages they view and connect that activity to a form or booking they later submit.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag: a script and pixel from LinkedIn that measure visits from our LinkedIn advertising. LinkedIn may set cookies in your browser to do this.
Used whatever you choose
- Your consent choice, stored in your browser as described above.
- HubSpot forms and meeting calendar: our contact forms and booking calendar are provided by HubSpot and load when a page shows them, so you can send a message or book a meeting. HubSpot's own terms describe any cookies these set.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: counts page views to show how the website is used. Cloudflare describes this service as working without cookies.
- Cloudflare hosting: Cloudflare delivers the website and may set cookies needed to protect it from misuse.
How to control cookies
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Each browser's help pages explain how. Blocking cookies does not stop the website's pages from working, but a form or booking calendar may not load correctly.
HubSpot and LinkedIn explain on their own websites how they use cookies and how to opt out of their tracking and advertising.
