From there, we put together a scoped proposal with clear pricing and timelines. You won't be passed to a junior salesperson; you'll speak directly with the people who'll do the work.

We work with ambitious businesses, typically those with the intent to adopt AI seriously but without a dedicated internal AI team to do it safely. Our primary focus is the UK market, where we have deep knowledge of the regulatory and commercial landscape. That said, we do work with international clients, particularly those with UK operations or who are looking to expand into the UK. Talk to us and we'll let you know if we're a good fit.

It depends on the scope. An AI Workshop can be delivered in a single day. An AI Consultancy engagement typically runs four to eight weeks. A full application build is usually twelve to twenty weeks from kickoff to launch. We'll give you a realistic timeline in your proposal, we don't pad estimates, and we don't make promises we can't keep.

Yes. Our Managed Services practice is designed for ongoing partnerships, covering AI operations, software support, continuous improvement, and strategic advisory. Many clients start with a project engagement and move to a retainer once they've seen how we work.

Absolutely. Most of our clients don't have a technical background, and that's fine. We translate complex AI concepts into plain language and help you understand exactly what you're investing in and why. Our job is to make good decisions easy, not to impress you with jargon.

We're vendor-agnostic. We work across the leading model providers, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others, as well as application platforms, automation tools, and custom-built solutions. Our recommendations are always based on what's right for your situation, not on what we have a commercial relationship with.

We'll always tell you if a particular approach carries risk, and we'll help you design safeguards before anything goes live.

In most cases, yes, but it depends on where and how it's applied. We focus on use cases with clear, measurable ROI: time saved, errors reduced, headcount freed up for higher-value work. We don't recommend AI for its own sake. If the numbers don't stack up, we'll tell you.

Both, depending on what's right for you. Sometimes the best answer is an existing platform configured well. Other times, only a purpose-built application will do the job properly. We'll always recommend the option that gives you the best outcome for your budget, not the one that's easiest for us to build.

Most project engagements are fixed-fee, so you know exactly what you're paying before we start. Managed Services retainers are priced on a monthly basis, scoped to the services you need. We don't charge by the hour for project work, which means our incentive is to deliver efficiently, not to run up time.

Our AI Workshops start from £2,500 for a half-day session. Consultancy and development projects are typically scoped from £10,000 upwards, depending on complexity. We'll be upfront about whether a project is within budget before we spend either side's time on a detailed proposal.

No. Project engagements are scoped and paid as agreed. Managed Services retainers are typically on a rolling three-month basis, enough for us to deliver meaningful results, but without locking you into something that isn't working. We'd rather earn your ongoing business than lock you in.

We manage this carefully upfront. We scope projects in detail before we start, and we flag potential scope changes early, never after the fact. If something genuinely changes on your side that adds meaningful work, we'll agree a change order with you before proceeding. No surprises.
