Roles
Roles at Reformat Labs
You work across the stack on client web applications, internal tools and AI integrations, from the technical specification to the release.
You run our AI Workshops, which give business teams a working understanding of AI and help them decide where to use it, explaining technical ideas to people without a technical background.
You lead design for client products, internal tools and our own pages, covering user research, interaction design and visual design, so people in ordinary business roles find the AI tools clear and dependable.
