Talk to usWe offer half-day (3 hours) introductory sessions for leadership teams, full-day (6 hours) deep-dives for mixed teams, and multi-day programmes for organisations building broader capability. Remote and in-person delivery available for all formats.
That depends on the objective. Leadership sessions work best with 5 to 12 participants. Team sessions are most effective at 10 to 20 people. For larger organisations, we run multiple cohorts. We don't recommend mixing very senior leadership with junior staff unless that's a deliberate design choice.
We interview 2 to 3 stakeholders before every workshop to understand your industry, current tools, and the specific decisions you're facing. Every case study, exercise, and example is drawn from your industry, not a generic AI curriculum.
A post-session summary, a curated resource pack, a prompt library relevant to their role, and a prioritised list of AI opportunities specific to your business. We also offer an optional follow-up Q&A session 2 to 4 weeks after the workshop.
Yes. Workshop fees can be credited in full toward a follow-on AI Consultancy engagement if you proceed within 90 days.
Not at all. Our workshops are designed for mixed audiences, including non-technical leadership. We offer separate technical tracks for engineering teams if needed, or we design sessions that bridge both effectively.
You leave with a shortlist of AI opportunities specific to your business. Many organisations move directly into an AI Consultancy engagement to prioritise and roadmap those opportunities. Others act on the learnings independently. The choice is entirely yours.
