Agent Deployments: Retail
Triple the campaign output, same team, no extra budget
One marketer, two active channels, and a product range growing faster than content could be written. New launches were being delayed by days, and campaign quality was suffering as the team tried to keep pace with trading demands while doing everything manually.

Snapshot
Snapshot
An independent eyewear brand with a single in-house marketer was trying to keep up with product launches, email campaigns, and social content across two channels. Every new frame required a product description written from scratch. Every campaign started with a blank page. The founder was regularly stepping in to help with copy, taking time away from the commercial decisions that needed their attention.
Challenge
What we were asked to solve
One marketer, two active channels, and a product range growing faster than content could be written. New launches were being delayed by days, and campaign quality was suffering as the team tried to keep pace with trading demands while doing everything manually.
Solution
How we approached it
We built an AI content workflow that takes a product specification sheet as its input and generates on-brand descriptions, email sequences, and social captions in the brand's established tone of voice. A structured review step was built in before anything goes live, keeping editorial control firmly with the team while removing the blank-page problem entirely.
Time to publish new product content dropped from three to four days to the same day. Campaign output tripled over the following quarter with no additional headcount, and the founder reclaimed the time they had been spending on copy support.
