Interviews
We talk to your leadership and the people who do the work about how the business runs, the data you hold and how you use AI today.
How does a consultancy project run?
It runs through interviews, scoring, the written plan and help choosing suppliers. The proposal gives an estimated timeline for your business.
How is this different from a management consultancy?
We work on AI and the software around it. We judge each option on what it would take to build, run and maintain, as well as its business case.
What do we receive?
A prioritised AI plan, cost and benefit estimates for your top uses, rules for using AI, supplier guidance and a phased implementation plan. You keep every document.
How do you estimate the return?
Before any build starts, we estimate the cost and benefit of each prioritised use, record today's baseline and agree what to measure. The estimates are tested once the work is running.
How is the work priced?
We set out the price and what it covers in a written proposal before work starts.
How do you choose which platforms to recommend?
On task performance, data handling, integration and running cost. Each recommendation in the plan gives its reason.
How do you work with our own team?
Through joint working sessions, regular reviews and a handover of the plan. By the end, your team knows the plan well enough to take it forward.
Can we start with a smaller question?
Yes. A single question, such as which tool to use for one task, can be a smaller piece of work. We agree the plan and estimated timeline with you before starting.
