How we work in construction
Construction relies on documents held across many systems and companies. We work with contractors, project managers and property developers on RFI handling, document control, estimating support and safety documentation. The tools find, sort and draft material. Authorised drawing versions, commercial estimates and safety documents stay subject to the responsible person's checks.
Construction work is governed by rules including the CDM Regulations 2015, the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and the Building Regulations. We confirm with your project team which duties a tool affects and agree the checks it must pass before use on site. Safety-critical documents go to a responsible person for approval.
