What happens inside the workshop
Each session runs in four stages. We prepare the content from your questionnaire answers before we arrive, so the time is spent on your workflows.
- Business and workflow audit
We map how your team spends its time, which tasks repeat, which take hours for little return and where work gets held up. This is where the opportunities come from.
- AI opportunity scoring
Each task we identify is scored on two measures: how much time it costs your business and how well suited it is to AI. The result is a ranked register of specific use cases.
- Live demonstrations
We show what AI looks like on your highest-priority use cases, using examples prepared around your workflows and tools your team could use.
- Roadmap and next steps
We finish with a 90-day plan: what to build first, what it would cost and the time it could save. You leave with enough information to decide whether to go ahead, and with what.

Who attends, what to prepare, the format and the price.
Who should attend the workshop?
Ideally your founder or managing director, plus one or two people who know the operational detail, such as an operations lead. You do not need technical staff in the room.
What do we need to prepare?
We send a short questionnaire a few days before the workshop so we can prepare examples from your business. There is nothing else formal to prepare.
Is the workshop in person or remote?
We offer both. In-person workshops tend to produce more ideas and discussion, and remote sessions also work well. We confirm the format with you when we plan the session.
We already use some AI tools. Is a workshop still useful?
It can be. The workshop looks at what else could help and whether the tools you already have are being used where they fit best.
What happens after the workshop?
That is up to you. Some clients act on the roadmap themselves. Others ask us to build one or more of the tools identified. There is no obligation either way.
How much does it cost?
