Access to an AI tool does not show people how it fits their tasks, what to check in its output or what information they should keep out of it. A team workshop works through those questions with the people who will use it, using examples from their own roles.

How the team session runs
Four stages, built around your team's roles and starting point. We adapt the content using a short questionnaire completed before the session.
- Understanding where your team is today
We start with your team's current experience of AI: which tools people have tried, what concerns they have and what would make it useful in their work. This shapes the rest of the session.
- Practical AI for your roles
We work through examples matched to the roles in the room. Each person identifies tasks they could try with AI after the session. We pitch the content for both technical and non-technical staff.
- Live tool practice
Your team uses AI tools during the session. We guide them through writing prompts, working through a task and checking the output before using it, so everyone leaves having done the work themselves.
- Team adoption plan
We finish with a plan for using AI in your team's day-to-day work, covering which tools to standardise on, how to check quality and who keeps things moving after the session.

How many people can attend the team workshop?
We agree numbers with you when we plan the session, based on the roles involved and whether it runs in person or remotely. For larger teams, we can run more than one session.
Does the whole team need to attend, or just certain roles?
That depends on your goal. Some businesses train everyone at once. Others start with one team, such as operations, marketing or admin, and extend it from there. Either approach works.
Our team is nervous about AI. How do you handle that?
We give time to people's concerns at the start of the session and focus the practice on tasks from their own roles. AI changes which tasks people spend time on, and the business decides how any time saved is used. It helps if the business has talked to staff about that before the session.
What devices or software do participants need?
Each participant needs a laptop with a web browser. We arrange the tool access for the session, so nothing needs installing beforehand.
Can you run the session at our office?
Yes. In person tends to produce more discussion and hands-on practice. We can also run it remotely if your team works in different places.
What happens if someone misses the session?
Participants receive a written summary and the playbook for their role, which someone who missed the session can use to catch up. A short catch-up call can also be arranged.
