About this assessment
What this assessment measures
An indicative score of AI opportunity and readiness across your enquiry channels, routing, reply content and handover, based on your own answers.
It gives two separate scores. Opportunity reflects how much repeated, manual work your answers describe in this part of the business. Readiness reflects how far your answers suggest the process, records and tools are documented and organised, including any current use of AI tools.
What this assessment covers
The AI Lead Response Assessment asks 15 questions about marketing, lead response, automation as they work in your business today: the volume of work, how much is done by hand, who does it, what is written down and where the records are kept. Opportunity and readiness are scored separately, and together they place your result in one of four positions: deploy now, foundation first, extend what works, or watch and prepare.
What your report provides
Your report opens with a one-line summary and your two scores, followed by four area scores and findings that quote the answers you chose. It ends with three suggested next steps. The results are indicative: they come from your own answers and fixed scoring rules, so treat them as a starting point for discussion.

What the report can lead to
Where the report suggests AI could take on part of the work, that usually means an AI agent. An AI agent carries out defined steps across your tools. We agree with you what it can access, which actions need a person to approve them and how exceptions are handled, then test it before wider use. We can set one up as an agent deployment or a custom AI application, run by your team or supported by us as a managed service.
Where the report suggests preparation comes first, an AI workshop or a short piece of AI consultancy can help with it. Your team can also do that preparation without us: writing down the process, tidying the records or trying a small test.
