Prompting that holds up

The first worry we hear is a second false start: everyone works on their own tasks and leaves with prompts, one agent, and one automation they set up themselves. The second is client data ending up somewhere it should not: the course covers the data settings on the tool you use, and everyone checks them before the first exercise. The third is depending on us afterwards: the prompts, the agent, and the automation sit in your own accounts, in your own words. Your team can change any of it without waiting for us.

We run the course for groups of five or more, and the same session can take the whole business. It stays in person because a trainer at the next desk can fix a prompt while the person who wrote it watches.
Funding in Wales
Funded training for businesses based in Wales
The Welsh Government's Flexible Skills Programme is running an AI skills pilot until the end of March 2027. For a business based in Wales, it contributes 75% of the cost of training that is accredited or to a recognised industry standard. Funding is discretionary, and the final decision rests with the Welsh Government. Ask us whether this course meets the conditions for your team, and we will help with the application.

Questions about getting started with AI
Do we need any technical background?
No. If your team can use email and a spreadsheet, they can do everything in the session. Nobody installs anything, and nobody writes code.
What does each person need to bring?
A laptop, a login to the AI tool your business already uses, and two tasks from their own week that they would like to spend less time on. If your team has no tool yet, we set up free accounts on the day.
Which AI tools does the course cover?
ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and Gemini. If your team already pays for one of them, the exercises run in that one.
Is our data safe during the session?
Everyone on your team starts by checking the data setting on the tool they use, and turning off training on their conversations where the tool allows it. Client names and anything confidential stay out of the exercises, and the session covers which tools suit that kind of work afterwards.
How many people can attend?
Five or more, and the same session can take the whole business. Everyone works at their own pace, with the trainer moving between desks, so a mixed group of confident and cautious people works well.
What happens after the half day?
Your team leaves with prompts, one agent, one automation, and a written note naming the first job worth taking further. If you want that job built as an agent deployment, we scope it from the note, with a person on your team signing off the output.
Can you run it online instead?
This course runs in person, because a trainer at the next desk can fix a prompt in a minute that would take an hour by email. We run other workshops online, and can point your team to the right one.
