AI for Agencies: A One-Day In-Person Intensive.
Industry-Specific In-Person Workshop
A full-day hands-on workshop built specifically for marketing, creative, and PR agencies. Every example, every workflow, and every prompt is built around agency work. No generic AI overview - just the tools and techniques your team can use the next morning.
Built for agencies, not generic AI talk.
Most AI training programmes use the same material regardless of who's in the room. This workshop doesn't. Everything - the use cases, the benchmarks, the examples, the prompts - is built specifically for agency work. Here's what that looks like in practice.
Every example is an agency example
Not a generic prompt for 'write an email'. Every demonstration and hands-on task uses real agency work: brief responses, client reports, creative research, proposal copy, content calendars, pitch decks, campaign summaries. The examples are recognisable because they're yours.
The benchmarks come from comparable agencies
We draw on time-saving data from agencies of similar size and type - how long brief writing is taking, what percentage of content production time is recoverable, where account management admin can be cut. Specific enough to be useful, not vague claims about 'AI productivity'.
The facilitators have worked in and with agencies
Our facilitators understand the agency model - retainers vs project work, client approval loops, the difference between a creative brief and a strategy deck, why turnaround speed matters more in agencies than in most sectors. You won't spend the day explaining how agencies work.
Role mapping follows agency structures
The opportunity mapping session is structured around agency roles - account management, creative, strategy, client services, project management. Not generic 'operations' and 'admin'. Each function gets specific use cases and specific prompts built for the way they work.
What your team walks away with.
Every person leaves with something they built themselves, tested on real work, and can use the next morning - not slides from a presentation they'll look at once.
An agency-specific prompt library
Tested prompts for the tasks your team does most: brief writing and responses, copy drafting, client reporting, research and insight summaries, proposal sections, social captions, campaign post-mortems. Built on the day using your actual work.
Workflow guides by agency role
A one-page reference for account management, creative, strategy, and client services. Each guide covers what AI to use, when, how to prompt it, and what to check before sending anything to a client.
Time recovery estimates for your agency
Based on what your team tells us during the day and benchmarks from comparable agencies, a practical estimate of how many hours per week are recoverable per role. Useful for making the case internally and for setting expectations with your team.
A 30-day adoption plan
A structured plan that names which AI tasks become standard practice first, how the team logs new prompts and workflows it discovers, and when the 30-day review happens. Built to prevent the usual post-workshop drop-off.
A competency baseline
A record of where each person started and what they could do independently by the end of the day. Useful for identifying who needs follow-up support and for measuring how adoption progresses over the following month.
Who it's for.
The workshop is designed for a specific type of agency and a specific situation.
Sample agenda.
The agenda is adapted for every client based on the pre-session questionnaire. This is the standard structure for agency workshops.
The agency AI landscape
30 minsA short, direct overview of what AI is doing in agencies like yours right now - what's working, what's being overstated, and where the genuine competitive advantage is. Grounded in data from comparable agencies rather than general AI hype.
Your team's current state
30 minsEach person maps their current AI use - what they've tried, what worked, what didn't, and where they feel uncertain. This gives us a baseline for the room and surfaces any specific concerns or blockers before the practical sessions begin.
Agency use case mapping by role
60 minsWorking by function - account management, creative, strategy, client services - each group identifies the tasks in their role where AI saves the most time or improves quality. We bring benchmarks from comparable agencies to help the groups move quickly and not miss the high-value wins.
Break
30 minsHands-on session 1: content and copy workflows
90 minsThe first practical session focuses on the content and copy tasks that take up the most agency time: brief responses, copy drafts, social captions, research summaries, creative concepts, and campaign messaging. Each person works on their own real tasks, not example material.
Lunch
60 minsHands-on session 2: client-facing work
90 minsThe second session covers the client-facing outputs that agencies spend significant time on: proposals, reports, strategy decks, meeting summaries, status updates, and post-campaign analysis. Each person builds at least one repeatable workflow for a task they produce regularly.
Agency prompt library build
45 minsThe whole team contributes to a shared, agency-specific prompt library. The best prompts from both sessions are refined, tested, and organised by role and use case. By the end of this session your team has a working asset they can use the next morning.
30-day plan and close
45 minsWe agree which AI tasks become standard practice first, set the review cadence, and close with each person naming one AI task they'll run the following morning. Written outputs - prompt library, workflow guides, competency map - are sent within 48 hours.
What's included.
Every AI for Agencies workshop includes the following. Nothing is sold separately.
Pre-workshop role and task mapping
A short questionnaire sent to each attendee two weeks before. Captures their current AI usage, the client deliverables and internal tasks they spend most time on, and any specific areas they want the session to cover. Used to tailor both practical sessions.
Two facilitated hands-on sessions
Both practical sessions are run by Reformat Labs facilitators who work through the room in real time. The facilitator-to-participant ratio is kept low so nobody gets stuck or left behind.
Agency-specific prompt library
A shared document built during the session, organised by agency role and use case. Covers brief writing, copy production, client reporting, research, proposals, and campaign analysis. Delivered within 48 hours, formatted for immediate use.
Role-specific workflow guides
A one-page reference for each agency function covered on the day. Plain language instructions for the AI workflows your team built during the session.
30-day adoption plan
A structured plan to maintain momentum after the workshop. Names which tasks become standard practice first, how the team logs new prompts, and when the 30-day review call takes place.
30-day follow-up call
A 45-minute call 30 days after the workshop to review adoption, answer questions that have come up in practice, and add new agency prompts to the shared library.

Who you'll work with.
Agency workshops are always delivered by facilitators who have worked in or closely with agencies. You won't spend time explaining the account management model or why creative team dynamics are different from other teams.
Lead facilitator
Runs the foundations, leads the agency use case mapping, and manages the day. Selected specifically for their background in your type of agency - marketing, creative, PR, or digital. Knows the workflows, the client relationship dynamics, and the places where agencies typically resist AI adoption.
Hands-on support facilitator
Works through the room during both practical sessions providing individual support, refining prompts that aren't performing, and capturing the best outputs for the shared library. For larger agency teams, a second support facilitator is added to maintain the 1-per-10 ratio.
From recent agency teams.
What agency teams said after their workshop.
"We were already using AI across the team but everyone was doing it differently and some prompts were genuinely bad. The workshop standardised everything. The shared prompt library has become the document we go back to most."
Managing Director, 18-person creative agency
"The client reporting session alone was worth the day. We rebuilt our monthly report workflow in 90 minutes and cut the time it takes from three hours to about 40 minutes. We'd been doing it the slow way for two years."
Head of Client Services, 22-person digital agency
"I was sceptical about running a workshop with our creative team - there was definitely some resistance before the day. By the end of the afternoon session most of them were genuinely excited about what they could produce. The hands-on format made the difference."
Founder, 14-person PR agency
"Our account managers were the biggest sceptics and they got the most out of it. Brief responses, research, client status updates - they were doing all of it manually. By the end of the day they had AI workflows for all three."
Operations Director, 30-person marketing agency
