We deployed an AI qualification agent that engages inbound leads via web chat and email within 60 seconds of enquiry. The agent asks a structured set of questions about property type, energy usage, roof orientation, and budget, scores lead quality, and routes qualified leads into the CRM with a pre-populated quote estimate. Unqualified leads are enrolled into an automated nurture sequence.
